Jared Vitello and Bill McGonagle are passionate about developing frontline leaders. Above all they want to add value to your life and leadership journey. Between them they have over 60 years of leadership experience.

Jared, a native of New England, currently serves as an associate pastor at his home church. He has been active in ministry and leadership for over 25 yrs. In his down time he enjoys hanging out with his wife of 20 years and two daughters. Jared is an extrovert but definitely enjoys a little solitude.

Bill, a former youth pastor and a current manager, has worked for the last 23 years in the tech industry. In one form or another he has been in a leadership role for over 35 years. He has been married to his wife for 30 years and they have three grown children.
